Welcome to HafsaJewels.pk. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
We sell premium 316L stainless steel jewellery.
Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
Orders are processed after confirmation.
TCS Courier delivers all orders across Pakistan.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns and refunds are not available.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video for an exchange.
We provide a 1-year color warranty. If the jewelry color fades under normal use within one year, we will replace or exchange the item.
The color warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or broken items.
We reserve the right to update these terms and policies at any time without prior notice.
