If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
Please provide an unboxing video to process your exchange request.
Returns and refunds are not available.
We offer a 1-year color warranty. If the jewelry color fades under normal use within 1 year of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement or exchange.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, chemicals, scratches, or accidental breakage.
Items reported after 24 hours for delivery issues or outside the 1-year color warranty are not eligible for exchange.
